When you don’t get the job you applied for, call for feedback! Never surrender!

Think of any successful person you know. Were they successful on the first go? Maybe…but unlikely. Greatness is achieved not through theoretical learning but through experimental honing and and constant refinement.
Think of Australia’s former Prime Minister John Howard. He was abysmal as leader of the opposition in the late 80s and was subsequently deposed. Then, in the mid 90s John Howard pitched once again for the job of leader of the opposition, and succeeded. He went on to win Government in 1996 and lead the nation for over a decade, becoming Australia’s second-longest serving Prime Minister! Even our current Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull, has been knocked down and came back to lead the nation. He almost quit politics a few years ago, do you remember that?
ALWAYS STEP UP TO THE CHALLENGE AND BELIEVE SUCCESS IS POSSIBLE.
Keep applying for jobs, in light of the feedback you have received. Successful sports people, professionals, tradies and politicians do this. And remember, patience and persistence are keys to success!
